What a journey it’s been! Jenni “JWoww” Farley was first introduced to fans while appearing on the hit reality show Jersey Shore back in 2009. The series documented eight strangers moving in a house together to have the wildest summer of their lives and it definitely surpassed expectations with the steamy hookups, wild drama and unforgettable dance moves (a.k.a. fist-pumping).
When the first episode aired, the show became a phenomenon and their way of life became a staple: gym, tan, laundry. Jenni certainly made a splash with her signature phrase on the opener. “After I have sex with a guy, I will rip their heads off,” she quipped. Needless to say, it didn’t take long for viewers to get hooked.
Over the years, the roommates have become as close as family members, and Jenni ended up meeting one of her best friends in the house: Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi. The MTV series was such a huge success that it continued to captivate audiences for six seasons, even leading to a popular spinoff on the network a decade later, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
Naturally, after being on television for so long, fans have become invested in Jenni’s personal life. Nowadays, the mother of two is dating off-again, on-again fiancé Zack Clayton Carpinello. Prior to that, the reality TV personality was married to Jersey Shore guest star Roger Mathews for nearly three years.
As for her wedding plans, Jenni shared in a March 2022 interview with E! News’ Daily Pop that her wedding to her fiancé Zack may be coming soon.
“We’re actually finally discussing it,” Jenni said in the interview, “because we feel that COVID has finally shifted, we’re doing mask mandates, and we’re getting rid of a lot of quarantining. … My dream wedding would be in another country so I’m hoping we can make that happen.”
In September 2018, JWoww filed for divorce from Roger, which was later finalized in August 2019. The coparents share children Meilani Alexandra and Greyson Valor. Unlike JWoww’s BFF Snooki, raising a family has yet to stop her from participating in Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
In fact, the spinoff has already been green-lit for its sixth season! Of course, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the gang’s antics during season 5 have looked a bit different than in years past. However, Jenni is every bit as entertaining as she’s always been — and we look forward to watching her on TV for years to come!
